Become an in-house consultant
Lead and support the Caine process in your school or district. Individualized professional development plan will be arranged with the CLI for those wishing to become in-house consultants.

Become an associate
Act as an independent consultant in collaboration with the CLI or a senior associate. Those wishing to become associates need to participate in the following CLI intensive workshops:

Process Learning Circles Relaxed Alertness Immersion and Active Processing Associate Workshop and final project

Become a senior associate
Be responsible for the training and development of associates and in-house consultants, and manage projects and programs on behalf of the CLI. Requirements to become senior associates include additional specialized training and development on assessment and leadership.
