Sam Crowell, Ed.D., Senior Associate
I am a professor of education at California State University, San Bernardino, where I specialize in curriculum studies, teacher development and holistic education. I have worked with Renate and Geoffrey Caine for over a decade focusing on Brain-Based Learning and Restructuring and one of their schools which was featured on NEA’s Teacher TV.
I have co-authored two books with the Caines as well as a 60 minute video. I have also worked with schools and districts on Collabative Action Inquiry, Integrated Curriculum, School-to-Work programs, High School Academies, Interdisciplinary Studies and Diversity. My work in holistic and transformative learning has provided opportunities to work with holistic educators in Canada and Mexico, and to accept invitations as a key-note speaker for conferences, public lectures series, and school districts. I am active as a presenter in programs and workshops throughout California and across the country. |
